Each kit includes everything you need to create your imprint at home:
Yes. The materials used in our kits are skin-safe and easy to handle.
The imprint process is gentle and takes only a few minutes.
Creating the imprint takes only a few minutes.
Once we receive your imprint, production typically takes a few weeks, as each piece is individually crafted in our atelier.
No. The imprint is permanently cast into the metal.
It will not fade, peel, or disappear.
If you’re not satisfied with your imprint or feel it didn’t turn out as expected, we can send additional molding material so you can try again.
Our goal is to make sure you’re confident in the imprint before we begin crafting your piece.
Yes, it is a very common request from couples.
The necklace medallion and the bracelet allow two prints side by side. It is also possible on wider rings. Contact us before ordering so we can adapt the kit.
Allow about 4 to 5 weeks in total, kit included.
For a specific date such as an anniversary or Valentine’s Day, order at least 6 weeks ahead to be safe.
Since each piece is custom-made from your personal imprint, we do not accept returns.
However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
