Kit & imprint

Yes. The materials used in our kits are skin-safe and easy to handle. The imprint process is gentle and takes only a few minutes.
Each kit includes everything you need to create your imprint at home: skin-safe molding material, a clear step-by-step instruction guide, a ring sizing tool to help you choose the correct size, an information card to complete with your details, and a return letter with our atelier address.
Creating the imprint takes only a few minutes. Once we receive your imprint, production typically takes a few weeks, as each piece is individually crafted in our atelier.
No. The imprint is permanently cast into the metal. It will not fade, peel, or disappear.
If the information card is not included with your wax design, we cannot identify the ownership of the wax and therefore cannot process it. Please make sure the completed card is included in the envelope.
If you are not satisfied with your imprint or feel it did not turn out as expected, we can send additional molding material so you can try again. Our goal is to make sure you are confident in the imprint before we begin crafting your piece.
Yes. The imprint process is gentle and suitable for capturing the touch of a baby or a pet. Always follow the provided instructions for best results.
Do not worry, we securely keep your imprint mold in our atelier. If your ring is ever lost, you can reorder an identical piece.
You have 6 months from the date of purchase to return your wax design to us. After 6 months, an additional €25 fee will apply to cover fluctuations in metal prices. This fee will be invoiced when we receive your wax.
When you send your wax back with the completed registration form, you authorize us to process it regardless of its quality. If you would like reassurance before sending it, simply email a photo of your wax imprint to us and we will happily advise you. You may also return all the waxes and we will select the best imprint for casting. Any unused waxes will be discarded unless you request their return.

Yes. Our jewelry withstands both salty seawater and hot shower water, so it can follow you on all your adventures. Gold-plated pieces are also water-resistant, but they require a little extra care to preserve their shine and longevity over time.

Shipping & returns

Yes. We deliver worldwide. Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding the production time of personalized jewelry).
Sometimes your goods may be inspected by your country Customs Office, which may cause delays outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Yes. Unused kits in their original condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Since each piece is custom-made from your personal imprint, we do not accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
At UNION we take great pride in ensuring your items are of the highest quality. On the rare occasion that an item arrives faulty, you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery, with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
