By validating your order on uniongeneva.com, you acknowledge having read and accepted the following:

1. Custom-made creation Each UNION piece is individually manufactured from the imprint you send us. It is a personalized and unique product.

2. Waiver of the right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. As soon as your imprint kit is shipped, your order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

3. Production timeframe The average time between order and receipt of the final jewelry is 5 to 6 weeks, this timeframe depending in part on the time you take to create and return your imprint.

4. Quality of the result Your jewelry is a faithful reproduction of the imprint received. The quality of the final result depends directly on the quality of the imprint you provide.

5. Imprint return Return shipping costs for your imprint to our workshop are at your expense.

6. Defects and non-conformities Only manufacturing defects or products not conforming to your order give rise to a free remake or a refund.
