At UNION, every piece of jewelry is a custom creation made from the imprint of your loved one. The delivery journey therefore involves two shipments: sending the imprint kit, then sending the final jewelry.

1. Delivery areas

UNION ships worldwide. Wherever you are located, you can order on uniongeneva.com.

2. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your destination. The exact amount is clearly displayed before you validate and pay for your order. No hidden fees will be added later.

3. The 2-step delivery journey

Because your jewelry is unique and made from your imprint, your order follows this journey:

Step 1 — Receiving the imprint kit After your order, we ship you an imprint kit containing everything needed to create the imprint (box, molds, wax, instructions, return envelope).

Step 2 — Returning your imprint Once your imprint is made, you send it back to us. Return shipping costs for the imprint are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment to secure your imprint's journey, but this choice is yours.

Step 3 — Receiving your jewelry Upon receipt of your imprint, our workshop crafts your jewelry, then we ship it to the address provided at the time of order.

4. Timeframes

The average overall time, from order to receiving the final jewelry, is 5 to 6 weeks:

  • Kit preparation and shipping: 1 to 2 business days
  • Kit transit: 3 to 7 days depending on destination
  • Imprint creation: at your own pace
  • Imprint return: 3 to 7 days depending on destination
  • Handcrafted jewelry manufacturing: 2 to 3 weeks
  • Final delivery: 3 to 7 days depending on destination

These timeframes are indicative. The time you take to create and return your imprint directly affects the total timeframe.

5. Order tracking

A tracking number may be provided depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. When tracking is available, you will receive it by email. For any question about your order status, contact us at uniongeneva@gmail.com.

6. Customs and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply on arrival. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price paid on the Site. UNION has no control over these fees, which are set by the authorities of the destination country.

7. Delays and force majeure

UNION makes every effort to meet the announced timeframes. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs checks, weather conditions, or any case of force majeure. In case of significant delay, contact us: we will track your order with you.

8. Lost or damaged parcel

If your kit or jewelry doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at uniongeneva@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a reshipment once confirmed. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

9. Delivery address

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided at the time of order. UNION cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. In case of error, contact us as soon as possible at uniongeneva@gmail.com.
